NOTES:
The “Story of Petroleum” is a prerequisite 10 minute video for students to view before IPRB arrives. This video can be downloaded by
clicking HERE. The download may take several minutes, so please be patient. If you are unable to use the online version of the video, please
call IPRB at 618-242-2861 or email Connie at iprb@yahoo.com and we will send you a copy on DVD or VHS. You can also request a copy in
the comments section of the request form.
Students will need a pencil only in the exhibit.
An electrical outlet (110 volt) is required for the Traveling Field Trip Exhibit. IPRB will provide extension cords to your outlet.
*Student handouts and teacher packets will be provided according to number of students and teachers noted above.
**IPRB will make multiple class presentations at each school. Typically one session = 1 class period for as many as 25+ students. However,
to accommodate more total students, sessions can be reduced to ½ class period, etc. We accommodate all requests on a first come, first
scheduled basis. The Traveling Field Trip is typically scheduled months in advance.
It is important for our planning that we receive a schedule that provides start time and end time for each session that we will be
conducting. Please include this in your comments above using your best judgment at this time and if changes need to be made email us
as soon as possible so that we can better schedule events and accommodate as many schools as possible.
